If you haven't had the privilege of taking in the views of Lake Abraham in the winter with its majestic "frozen bubbles" I highly suggest you take the drive to do so. The bubbles are trapped below the lakes surface and are caused by methane gas that is released from decaying plants on the lake bed. They are truly something spectacular. I've attempted a few years in a row now to capture them with no avail. Turns out I was just looking in the wrong spot!
